Clean and comfortable accommodation.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing in our room was inadequate. We were frequently disturbed by loud doors banging throughout the night, causing vibrations in the walls. It was also quite disappointing that we could hear conversations in the corridor, which disrupted our privacy and rest.

The family room was excellent for our group of five, and the dogs enjoyed their stay too. We loved visiting the Bordeaux Wine School, where we tasted some fantastic local wines. The staff was friendly, and the AC kept us comfortable throughout our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, having only spot cleaning for the rooms could be improved for families with young kids.

The room felt cozy with a clean bathroom. Appreciated the comfy bed which made sleep easy. The lobby had a fun vibe. great spot to relax. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station. The kitchen was handy for preparing meals, and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the shared spaces. A tea or coffee setup in the room would have been nice. Also, I had to step outside to smoke, which was inconvenient. Having a designated area for smokers would improve the experience.
